Do you provide website content and images?
We can write content and source professional stock images for an additional fee. Many clients prefer to provide their own content as they know their business best. We’re flexible and work with what suits you.
Will my website work on mobile devices?
Yes! All our websites are fully responsive, meaning they automatically adapt to look great on phones, tablets, and desktops. Mobile optimization is included in every project.
What happens if I need changes after the website launches?
All packages include 3 months of post-launch support for minor tweaks and fixes. After that, we offer maintenance plans or hourly support rates for ongoing changes.

All hosting plans include: SSL certificate, daily backups, 99.9% uptime guarantee, email accounts, and 24/7 technical support. Managed plans also include software updates and security monitoring.
Can you migrate my existing website?
Yes! We offer free website migration for annual hosting plans. We handle the entire transfer process including files, databases, and DNS configuration with zero downtime.
What if my website gets hacked?
Managed hosting plans include security monitoring and malware removal. If an issue occurs, we restore from daily backups and patch the vulnerability. Shared hosting clients can upgrade to managed for these protections.
How do I check my website’s uptime?
We provide a client dashboard where you can monitor uptime, view performance metrics, and check backup status 24/7. We also send alerts if any issues are detected.
Billing & Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfers, credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), and PayPal. For larger projects, we offer payment plans with a 50% deposit and the remainder on completion.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. All pricing is transparent and discussed upfront. The only additional costs would be optional add-ons you choose, domain registration (if needed), or premium plugins/features you specifically request.
Can I cancel my hosting at any time?
Yes. Hosting is billed monthly or annually with no long-term contract. You can cancel anytime with 30 days notice. Annual plans are pro-rated if canceled early.
Do you offer refunds?
For hosting: 30-day money-back guarantee if you’re not satisfied. For web design: 50% of the deposit is refundable if you cancel before design work begins. After work starts, we bill for time invested.
